Ukrainian superstar Vasyl Lomachenko has maintained his position as Boxing Monthly online's pound-for-pound number one after the latest round of voting by our ten-person panel.

Nine of our panel ranked Lomachenko as their number on pick, with one voter placing him third.

Former unified super lightweight king Terence Crawford remains in second place, but elsewhere there have been several changes in the top ten placings since our last list was published in June 2018.

Oleksandr Usyk's success in winning the World Boxing Super Series and unifying the cruiserweight division sees him rise six places to third, while Gennady Golovkin falls from third to seventh after his defeat against Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez.

Canelo himself, absent last time around due to a drugs suspension, returns to our top ten in fourth place, while Japanese sensation Naoya Inoue is up one place to fifth after two one-round wins last year.

Mikey Garcia's victory against Robert Easter does not prevent him falling two places to sixth ahead of his move up to welterweight to face Errol Spence Jr, while Thai super fly Srisaket Sor Rungvisai falls from fifth to eighth. The aforementioned Spence is now ninth, having ranked seventh last time around.

Leo Santa Cruz rounds out the list in tenth, one place lower than his previous ranking, although he is a long way behind the rest of the top ten.

Sergey Kovalev has fallen out of our top ten, while Anthony Joshua is just bubbling under in eleventh. The only other fighters to receive votes were Zolani Tete and Donnie Nietes.

The full Boxing Monthly online P4P top ten is as follows (movement since last list in brackets, NC = no change, NE = new entry):
1. (NC) Vasyl Lomachenko 98 points
2. (NC) Terence Crawford 89 points
3. (+5) Oleksandr Usyk 78 points
4. (NE) Saul Alvarez 56 points
5. (+1) Naoya Inoue 52 points
6. (-2) Mikey Garcia 47 points
7. (-4) Gennady Golovkin 47 points
8. (-3) Srisaket Sor Rungvisai 39 points
9. (-2) Errol Spence Jr 22 points
10. (-1) Leo Santa Cruz 9 points

NB: Voting panel for the BM online P4P rankings were: Mark Butcher, Luke Byron, Luke G. Williams, Andrew Harrison, Paul Zanon, James Oddy, Chris Williamson, Callum Rudge, Michael Montero and Shaun Brown.

Each panellist ranked their top ten in order, with the boxer placed first receiving ten points, second nine points, third eight points and so on. Boxers were then ranked by the overall number of points accrued. If scores are equal then the boxer with the highest individual rating from a judge is ranked higher (as is the case above when Mikey Garcia and Gennady Golovkin tied on 47 points). If boxers are still equal they are then ranked equal. If there is a tie for first place then the boxer with the most first-place votes is given preference. If boxers are still equal they are then ranked equal.
